The ‘Vardhman - Dr BROCKHAUS Magnetic Material Testing Laboratory’, is a testimony to VSPL’s concerted endeavour to create and nurture a culture of total quality, where continuous improvements of people, processes and products become a way of life.
VSPL has already applied for approval from National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL), Department of Science & Technology, The Govt of India, for this lab. If granted, it will be the only one of its kinds in Transformer Lamination Industry.

At the VSPL plant, various measures ensure the high quality of incoming and outgoing materials -- up to the finished Lamination / Core, and their packaging. Only measuring instruments approved by India Govt-recognized Agency are used for quality checks. The Cut-to-Length Line here ensures precise Core cutting, minimum Core losses and up to 15% reduction of noise levels.  Top
